This wine is made of 100% Savatiano. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, spending 3 months on its lees. As a result the wine shows bright mouthwatering fruit tied together by a rich texture. Pair this with white fish braised in lemon, olive oil and oregano. Mylonas is a third generation, small family winery, located just south of Athens.
