This wine is made of 100% Riesling. Take some time and open the bottle about an hour before dinner, and pair it wish some Nashville Hot Chicken or spicy curry with your favorite protein. This wine can really handle heat! Ripe apricot, quince jam, lime, and yuzu all come out on the palate and carry through to a long finish. A truly wonderful expression of Riesling from the Illinois Valley, a sub-AVA within the Rogue Valley AVA just north of the California border in Oregon.
