100% organic Pinot Noir, sourced from cool-climate, hillside vineyards on the Sonoma Coast. The wine is fermented with native yeasts in open-top fermenters, and aged for 18 months in a mix of new and used French oak. The wine is made of three separate clones, vinified separately and blended together at the end. Very serious Pinot, worthy of pairing with a grilled swordfish steak and braised lentils.
