This wine is made from 100% Fiano. What once was a vineyard too high above sea level to make good wine, now produces world class Fiano, with the help of the warmer days upon us. The juice is aged on its gross lees, skins, stems, seeds and all, but does not produce a wine with evidence of skin-contact. What results is a beautifully textured, sophisticated white wine, perfect as an aperitif with mozzarella di bufala, or served with your main course of grilled snapper with braised white beans, parmesan and spinach.
