The wine spends 16 months in a mix of French and American oak casks, but does not feel super weighty. Instead, the wine is a lot like Nebbiolo, lighter in body and fresher in acidity and youthful tannins. Pair this with pistachio sumac lamb burgers over spiced greek yogurt.
